Our client is a leading independent end-to-end office design and fit out company who specialise in innovative, sustainable and often inspiring office interior design and refurbishment. Through building a solid reputation as a leading company they continue to experience significant growth across their full portfolio of services. They now have an immediate need for a Business Development Manager to further develop their account base, in and around the South East.

As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with colleagues to develop both new and existing revenue streams. This involved role will give you full access to a large portfolio of services and will require you to meet with potential prospects, throughout the South East and beyond, where you will gain a full understanding of requirements, prepare and present quotes and close sales in the 40-150k range within the SME and corporate markets. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years structured sales (BDM) experience gained selling services or solutions at director level within the SME/corporate sectors. Industry experience, whilst useful is not a requirement. You will be tenacious, dynamic in your approach, self-driven, results-oriented and have a positive and practical outlook with a proven record of client facing, new business sales performance.

The successful candidate can expect a generous 25-35k base salary with an uncapped OTE of 50-55k plus an excellent benefits package, including a car or car allowance.
